Vendor Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) is a legal agreement between (“Vendor”) and Affiliate Marketing Network Platform (“Afficer”) and governs the terms and conditions of refunds for products and services purchased through the Platform.

1. Refunds. Vendor agrees to provide refunds to customers who purchase products or services through the Platform in accordance with the following terms and conditions:

a. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

b. Refunds must be requested in writing and include the customer’s name, address, and order number.

c. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the purchase.

d. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of the request.

2. Disputes. Vendor agrees to resolve any disputes with customers regarding refunds in a timely and professional manner.

3. Termination. This Policy may be terminated by either party at any time with written notice.

4. Governing Law. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the India laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

5. Severability. If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

6. Entire Agreement. This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between Vendor and Platform regarding refunds and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.

7. Changes. Vendor reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes to this Policy will be posted on the Platform.

8. Acceptance. By using the Platform, Vendor agrees to be bound by this Policy.
